This is translated into 'pork chop set meal' at 'Genpe' on Kitaoji Odori in Kyoto. The sauce has a ketchup flavor, but it's deeply fruity and flavorful. The pork is tender yet leaves a slightly chewy texture, with a more cooked texture in places where it was burnt, making you want to eat more rice. The menu says 'Lunch House GENPE' though...
