July 2026Even though it was a bit much, the taste was undeniably good. It was quiet and had a nice atmosphere. It's better to add the grated ingredients according to your preference. (I added it all, and it was extremely difficult/overwhelming)

July 2026It is a popular shop among both locals and tourists. You can choose between rustic buckwheat (shikori soba) and Nogami buckwheat. Today, I had Hinosan soba. The dipping sauce and the texture of the noodles were great, and the presentation was clean. I was very happy that they served plenty of soba broth. The taste was also superb.
