August 2026I went once after hearing the rumors and it was very delicious. On my second visit, it was overcooked so much that the skin was pitch black and bitter, and the texture was gritty. I expected them to cook it more carefully. On my third visit (the revenge visit), it was burnt again. Does the owner not think anything at all when they see it turning black while flipping it? Cooking it to a fox-color (burnt color)...
