The hamburger has fewer connections, allowing the taste of the meat to shine through directly. Many even say that the accompanying cabbage is delicious. The original sauce, made by adding soy sauce and sugar to a special demi-glace, evokes a sense of nostalgia. It's considered 'fine dining' among comedians, who say, 'You become an adult when you can afford to eat with your own money.' I am not usually a huge fan of hamburgers, but I was truly surprised by how delicious this one was. You can really taste the meat, so you can enjoy it to the very last bite without getting tired of it.

I visited around 1 PM on a weekday. There were about 6 people waiting, but since they were divided into 2 groups, the wait wasn't too long. Still, waiting in the middle of summer is tough. I appreciated that they took orders while we were waiting. We were seated after about 20 minutes, and although I got the best seat, it didn't bother me. I ordered the steady-seller Minced Egg (1.5x size, 270g) with rice. The food was served in about 15 minutes; since burgers take time to cook, it was understandable. As expected, it was even more delicious than I thought. Just as the reviews said regarding the juiciness, the juices flowed out when I inserted the knife. Taking the first bite, the flavor of the sauce paired perfectly with the meat. It was soft, and while I expected a large portion, it felt like a truly generous serving.
