July 2026The pollack roe and Loro Motsu hot pot was delicious. Especially, the motsu (offal) melted! Even without the pollack roe melting, it is absolutely delicious. The pollack roe was like grains, not fruit. Since it melts into the broth, it is perfect to enjoy with noodles or rice.
