August 2025I went in at 11:30 on Sunday, and there was a sign that said, 'Today, we only accept reservations.' So, I made a reservation for 12:30 on the spot. I had the Hirekatsu lunch (1,700 yen). It was interesting to watch the meat being fried at the counter table. Right in front of me, my meat was gently and rhythmically cooked and its shape neatly adjusted. I want to go back again.

August 2025The taste of the pork cutlet was absolutely the best. The crust was crispy and the inside was juicy, at a level I think is the most delicious I've had so far. However, the unfortunate part was the service. The way they spoke to us felt somewhat piercing, honestly, it was quite unpleasant.
