July 2026The food was excellent, and unlike other beef dishes, it came with boiled meat and offal. I'm not sure exactly what the offal was, but I think it might have been stomach, and it didn't taste strange at all.

July 2026I reserved a table a week in advance. This restaurant has both counter seating and private rooms, but it focuses on the counter seating experience. Interestingly, the counter seats are divided by partitions, similar to the famous ramen chain Ichiran, providing excellent privacy.
