September 2026This is a Japanese restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City that prides itself on its rice. I had the lunch course, and I was overwhelmed by the quality starting from the 'simmered dish' served just before the rice course. The main clay pot rice had each grain glistening with luster, and the steam and aroma the moment the lid was opened were superb. The grilled fish and other dishes were also magnificent, beautifully arranged on the tray...
