This is a truly hidden gem for sushi, called Sushi Takahashi! 🍣🍶 It's run by Chef Jun Takahashi, who honed his skills at Sushi Saito and opened this place after going independent in 2014. He even wrote a book called 'The Science of Sushi,' and he's a fantastic person who pursues the theories and techniques behind creating flavors. The atmosphere is really comfortable, and you can enjoy a course meal while chatting with the chef. It's perfect for going with friends to enjoy delicious sushi and have a great time! 😋

July 2026A very nice sushi place located in Ginza Itchome. The interior is filled with a sense of cleanliness, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly in a calm atmosphere. Each piece of sushi is meticulously prepared, showcasing the perfect harmony between the ingredients and the rice. There are lots of nobs tailored to preferences, and the pairing with sake was perfect. The chef's personality is admirable, and the appropriate distance maintained makes the experience pleasant throughout. If you are considering sushi in Ginza, this is a place I would definitely recommend!
