September 2026I visited after 9 PM on a Saturday night, and there was only about one couple there. Surprisingly, the shop seemed to have a higher capacity than expected, with three tables and a few counter seats. Upon arrival, they asked if it was my first time and gave me various explanations. It seems to be a ramen made with a sweet shrimp broth. The spicy ramen seemed to have a relatively lower proportion of shrimp, so this time I went with the shrimp miso and regular miso toppings. It also seems like they offer monthly special ramen. I heard you even have to sign a waiver for the highest level of spicy ramen...
