I understand they are busy, but I was also disappointed by the service, which seemed to prioritize the shop's own circumstances, such as the order in which food is served. I had the shrimp tendon (2,700 yen) that I was looking forward to, but it was very disappointing. The batter was thick, lacked any crispiness, and felt like a soggy castella. Personally, I also found the sauce to be quite thin; the taste did not match the price, and I regretted it after just one bite!
