August 2026This is a gourmet burger that has reached a certain peak. The quality of the bun and the doneness of the potatoes are perfect. The cooking level is so good it's admirable, with a precision that feels as if the heat and timing were controlled down to the second. The burger fillings are also excellent. Though, I wonder if the sauce is a bit weak?...
