September 2026When we visited, the head chef was off and someone else was assisting. First of all, the first bite of the sushi felt warm. After that, they were called to the back, and they returned to serve it as is while holding the sushi. The sushi ingredients also seemed pre-cut and prepared, and I didn't feel any freshness at all.
