September 2026I couldn't visit for the first two dinners because they were sold out, but I ended up stopping by for lunch on the day I returned home. While Unaju has an intuitive flavor that Koreans are familiar with and enjoy, since I was in Japan, I thought it would be better to try the Seiromushi. Compared to Unaju, it felt less seasoned but tasted much softer and more delicate. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was quiet and clean.
