August 2026I visited because I was craving dry noodles (without broth) for the first time in a while. It was located outside of Oita. I ordered the Chengdu style (large portion). Is this the level 5 spiciness? I didn't really feel the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper. The meat miso was also amazing and I personally liked it, but the portion of the noodles was small.

August 2026Second visit! I had the Black Yam Blanket Noodles! Just as the appearance suggested a spicy sensation, the level 3 spiciness was almost painful. However, the flavor was excellent thanks to the numbing effect of the Sichuan pepper. Personally, I found the noodles delicious! I want to go back! It was a great meal!
