July 2026I visited Ramen Hosenka located in Shinjuku Kabukicho. It was a place I had my eyes on because it was close to where I worked when I lived in Tokyo, but I never managed to go there. This time, the timing and location were perfect, so I stopped by. It's a place famous for its signature soup ramen featuring the splendid alfonsino, and I had always been curious about it. It seems like there would be many, but finding a place emphasizing fish as the main ingredient, aside from mackerel or sea bream, was surprisingly difficult until I found this place...
