July 2026While dining on the 3rd floor, a cockroach appeared on the wall directly above our table. I called a server immediately, but by the time they arrived, the cockroach had disappeared. Although they moved our table at our request, I felt as though there was no apology offered to us. Even if such things are unavoidable in a restaurant, I was left dissatisfied with the subsequent handling of the situation.
