July 2026It has been a while since my last visit. The quality of the ingredients remains overwhelming, and the frying technique never fails to impress, no matter how many times I visit. Each dish felt meticulously calculated, from the thinness of the batter to the oil temperature and the timing. I also must highlight the service from the staff. From the very first word to the final course, their approach was natural yet incredibly attentive, making the dining experience even richer. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
