Since I prefer only offal (hormone), I ordered intestine, liver, senmai fish, and grilled tail. Overall, everything was delicious. A characteristic I noticed is that the seasoning is overall quite strong. The sashimi had a gochujang flavor, the tail had garlic, and the liver had a heavy, rich seasoning that really stuck to it.
