July 2026I enjoyed a truly excellent tasting menu, filled with beautifully plated top-quality dishes. The sashimi was the best I've had outside of Japan, and the use of local vegetables was outstanding. Thanks to the superb cooking skills, it felt like the dignity of traditional Japanese cuisine was elevated even further. The chef and the team welcomed us very warmly, making it an even more special experience.
