July 2026I had the course menu, and the dishes other than the yakitori are also excellent. In particular, the combination of the rich golden sauce with pounded chicken and the savory grilled long green onions was impressive. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) also had a clean layer of topping, allowing the flavor of the broth to be fully appreciated. The dessert pudding was truly delicious!
