The most unpleasant part of dining here was not just the unkind and blunt staff or the attitude we received when asking to cook the Wagyu more for the children, but the complete lack of hygiene standards and awareness! I don't think I saw any of the kitchen staff wash their hands before or during food preparation. One person went on an errand, another answered and talked on the phone, and another was counting coins—all of whom touched everything in the kitchen. Then, they proceeded to handle vegetables and meat with their bare hands and cut the Wagyu. It was truly disgusting.

I entered this okonomiyaki restaurant because it was the closest one I found on Google Maps, and luckily there was no wait, and the food was delicious!! Since I'm Korean, it might have been difficult to communicate, but the staff were incredibly kind~ My husband said it was the best okonomiyaki he has ever had in his life. I want to visit again when I travel to Osaka later 😊…
