September 2026Visited for dinner. Served a beef hot pot course. The room was a VIP room on the 3rd floor. It was a charming room that was reportedly used generously by Showa-era movie stars. The meat of the day was Saga beef. The thick slices of meat paired perfectly with a sauce combining wheat miso and hatcho miso, making it delicious. They serve a raw egg on the side, but the flavor is different from sukiyaki. A dish you must try at least once. It felt like a feast.
