I wish they would stick to charcoal grilling even if they had to raise prices. I used to visit several times a month, but it feels like it's getting too far for me to travel.

Beppu is famous for high-end Wagyu yakiniku, and this restaurant specializes in Bungo beef, using only the finest cuts. The premium brisket and tongue have evenly distributed marbling, so they melt in your mouth even with just a light sear. It's delicious without being overly greasy.
