กรกฎาคม 2569I had the Christmas limited lunch course at "Ponte del Fiat." The dishes, featuring seasonal ingredients such as Hungarian Shirako, oysters, black truffle, and Tottori Wagyu, were elegant and sophisticated, politely bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. In particular, the oyster and artichoke pasta was impressive with its layering of taste and aroma. It was a course with high perfection through to the dessert, featuring excellent composition and a wonderful lingering impression. The polite and warm service also allowed me to have a pleasant and special time.
