July 2026The ingredients were treated with care, and the way the broth enhanced the flavors showed great culinary thoughtfulness; it was a truly excellent meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also lovely, making it a place I would love to visit again. The dishes were so beautiful that I couldn't help taking photos along the way. I don't have photos of the first three dishes, though.
