July 2026Enjoyed Takujo cuisine at 'Irikki', an old establishment ryotei in Nagasaki. I made a reservation at the historic 'Irikki' to enjoy Nagasaki's traditional 'Takujo' cuisine. Starting with an elegant 'squid' dish, the many dishes that fused Japanese, Chinese, and Western styles were all exquisite.

March 2026I visited for lunch twice. The shop is located on Teramachidori, and it has a somewhat hesitant atmosphere as it looks like a fairy tale. Since it was lunch, I ordered a heavy set lunch menu, and the presentation was beautiful, and the taste was very delicious. Among them, the kakuni was exquisite, and it was the best taste I've had in Nagasaki.
