Invited by a friend after hearing about a cancellation, I finally visited the long-awaited 'Narayamachi Aoi.' As it is a popular restaurant that is difficult to book, my expectations were at an all-time high even before arriving. One particular dish—a dumpling-like item combining foie gras and pork leg—was an immediate masterpiece. At that point, my expectations rose even higher. Every subsequent dish was prepared with such care and precision that the chef's dedication truly shone through, making the overall satisfaction with the course extremely high.
