September 2026During my trip to Tokyo, I booked a table for five at Trattoria Dai Paisani and discovered a five-star trattoria with two Gamba Rosso forks. After finishing my meal, I realized that the rating was truly well-deserved. September 2026My wish has come true. A true taste of the local region, insisting on Abruzzo ingredients and wine for everything. The staff were very kind and explained many things well, making it highly satisfying. Interesting ingredients, spices, and cooking methods not typically found in standard Italian cuisine. Especially, the moist Motimoti pasta was superb~☺
