August 2026A delicious restaurant I stumbled upon on my way back to the hotel after visiting Canal City. The deep-fried skewers (kushikatsu), rather than grilled ones, pair surprisingly well with sake. The slightly noisy atmosphere and unrefined interior fully capture a local vibe, and the freshly fried skewers are delicious.
