In a calm Japanese-style space, the counter-centered interior provides a quiet atmosphere to quietly face the food, and the coziness was very pleasant. The course valued seasonal feelings, and a sense of careful work could be felt in every dish. Particularly impressive was the delicate use of broth, which managed to draw out the taste of the ingredients even in simple dishes. The sashimi and grilled dishes had exquisite quality and temperature balance, making them enjoyable to the last bite without becoming tiresome.
