September 2026Two of us visited and ordered a set meal, a rice bowl, and dumplings. There weren't many customers, so the food came out quickly, but one set meal didn't arrive even after 30 minutes. When I checked, they said the order was missing, which was quite confusing since we only ordered three items. It felt like a family-run business where the staff were constantly chatting among themselves, making customers and work feel like a secondary priority. Furthermore, there was no apology. I believe it is better to repeat the order back to the customer to confirm.
