I visited for a birthday celebration because I had been interested in this place for a while. However, I was offended because a male part-time worker could not answer questions appropriately, and it seemed normal for them to gossip about customers and use profanity. It was uncomfortable, perhaps because we were also being talked about on such a special day. There was also an older man joining in the talking, which was not pleasant. Since I see several similar complaints written, I believe retraining in customer service is necessary. The food was nothing special and didn't meet my expectations, which was disappointing. The building and interior have a nice atmosphere that varies by seat. I will not be returning.

I used this place for a business dinner. Each dish was served with great courtesy and was delicious, which truly impressed me. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also wonderful, with the scent of incense drifting through a well-maintained traditional Japanese house. Since I am not a heavy drinker and prefer pairings, I ordered sake that matched each dish and enjoyed it slowly. The selection of sake is also excellent.
