July 2026I went early in the morning, and they gave me a waiting number, so I spent about an hour looking around while waiting. If you arrive at the right time, the process is to order first, wait indoors, and then be seated. I had the clear broth, and it was quite delicious. The katsuobushi (bonito flakes) was thin, making the taste soft and clean. It feels a bit like a premium version of anchovy noodles... anyway, I enjoyed it very much.
