This is an old sushi restaurant located in Bukshin-che. Most of the customers are regulars and tend to be on the older side. July 2026I have been frequenting this place for about 28 years. The first taste I had was at a shop located in the main building. So nostalgic~ Recently, luxury sushi from Japan has increased, but I prefer Mr. Uchida’s style, where you can request according to your own taste. After placing an order, you receive steamed rice with two types of flavors: sweet and salty. Personally, the structure of the kohada with wasabi is exceptional. It feels really great that the son is assisting beside the master chef.
