This place is a real hidden gem of a sushi restaurant! 🍣 You can enjoy sushi made with fresh seafood that is hard to find elsewhere. In particular, the grilled flatfish and soy sauce marinated sweetfish are exceptional and something you won't find often. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can watch the chef prepare sushi right in front of you at the counter, which is truly impressive! It's perfect to go with a friend or even alone; I highly recommend it! 😍

September 2026This sushi restaurant is a place that makes you feel great whenever you want to visit. There is no unnecessary minimalism like narrowing tables with wine glasses, and while many places have decent fish, it is rare to find one where the 'gari' (fish topping/flesh) is also exceptionally delicious. I was so captivated by the quality of their catch and the presentation of the sushi that I felt like skipping my career ladder (just a feeling, of course; I didn't actually get too full). For a trip to Ginza, I felt it was a wonderful experience as a fresh Japanese person.
