August 2026For Korean palates, Nongshim Tempura Udon with added MSG might taste better. It's hard to avoid, as instant foods are essentially designed by scholars to wreck human taste buds. However, as is typical for great restaurants, it offers fresh ingredients and a clean taste. Please note that the broth is katsuobushi-based with a hint of acidity.

July 2026Second trip to Osaka. The first restaurant after arriving in Japan, and it was really... so delicious! Since the weather was cold, I was going to eat hot udon, but everyone recommended the cold udon, so I tried it, and the noodles were firm until the end... The tempura was also amazing. Everyone was so kind~ It's an udon restaurant I want to visit again!
