On this day, the freshness of the mackerel was incredible, and of all the barley shrimp I've ever had, its size was overwhelming, but it was perfectly cooked with a texture that was like art. The intuitive saltiness and acidity make the drinks go down smoothly! It was a pity that I could only book the nigiri course with my schedule.
