The chicken broth, loaded with vegetables, is really refreshing and it pairs well with the added bean sprouts, giving it a wonderful texture. Adjust the taste to your liking with gochujang, garlic, chili oil, and soy sauce in front of you. Also, the pickled scallions (?) were great to accompany like kimchi. The fried rice ordered as a set was fluffy and the egg texture was preserved, and the dumplings were juicy. It's the best choice when ramen comes to mind late at night.
