July 2026I waited for about 1 hour and 20 minutes and had the Salt-Grilled Mackerel Set. If you add an egg, you have to whip the meringue yourself. It seems like the staff might do it for you if you struggle, but since it took a long time for the food to arrive, I just made it myself to pass the time. The mackerel was well-cooked, and overall, the food tasted good. One disappointing thing was that it was 31 degrees when I visited; the air conditioning was running, but it felt even hotter indoors than outdoors, perhaps because it was broken...
