Compared to the old store, which was a single open floor without divisions, the second-floor seating allows you to enjoy delicious tuna calmly with your companions. The staff politely explains each cut of tuna one by one. Listening to the explanations while looking at plates decorated with tuna illustrations helps you easily understand the characteristics of each part that might be hard to grasp by sound alone. Every dish served left an impression of being prepared with great care.
