August 2026It's a popular restaurant that's hard to book, but it exceeded my expectations. First, they show you the meat they're about to serve by saying 'Money!', which gets you excited. Every dish is prepared with great care, and the meat in particular is exquisite with that perfect sear. The live experience of watching them grill right in front of you, along with the pleasant conversation with the staff, made for a wonderful time.
