August 2026I booked this for the last day of my Kyoto trip. Since it was my first visit, I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance upon arrival. I liked the calm atmosphere at the counter. Ordering via QR code was convenient. While I was drinking and asking for some side items, the main sushi I ordered didn't come out at all 💦 After asking several questions, I waited nearly 30 minutes for my first gunkan sushi order. The service wasn't bad and the vibe was good, but the serving time is very slow. It seemed like there was only one person working at the time, which might be why it was late. Will I visit again? Probably not. It was disappointing.
