This place is amazing! 🍣🍷 Nakasu Matsu is the perfect spot to enjoy Japanese cuisine and wine. The chef has 11 years of training at Bonkgetsu, so he has extensive knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods. Watching the cooking process in the open kitchen is also a lot of fun! The broth of the cold somyeon accompanied by a piece of sea urchin was delicious! It's called 'Spon'. The Gamow roast was also very satisfying, with no smell or toughness at all. The staff were kind and polite, allowing me to enjoy the meal with peace of mind throughout.

"Nakasu Matsu," located in the northern part of the Nakasu area near Nakasu-Kawabata Subway Station. Opened in 2022, the restaurant now has a new chef, allowing me to enjoy a different type of cuisine and drinks.
