August 2026I went there expecting authentic Japanese cuisine, but the food and service were just mediocre. Each dish lacked the freshness associated with Japanese food. The service and the owner seemed to favor regular customers. For that price, shouldn't the service be more consistent? Also, I have eaten many types of Japanese food from various regions, and I read an article saying the owner trained in Kyoto, but it fell slightly short of my expectations. I hope to see improvement in the future.
