September 2026I have had goat soup at several places so far, but about half or more of the goat meat in this one was just fat. It was filled with "translucent fat" similar to fat on beef. I ate it all, thinking it was a waste to leave any and that it was "good," but it was quite a struggle. I have never encountered such fatty broth at other restaurants...
