August 2026Everything was perfect, from the truly fantastic view and amazing service to the excellent food. In particular, the tofu was like a work of art, making it a place that delights both the eyes and the palate. I think this will become my favorite restaurant in Japan. The photos are of today's special: assorted tofu and its accompaniments. I ate sumptuously, like royalty. The moment you dine here, you'll feel as if you've become a daimyo of the Edo period.
