Gyukatsu Motomura is an absolutely amazing restaurant! 🥩🔥 When you dip the medium rare gyukatsu grilled on a stone plate into the wasabi soy sauce, it just melts in your mouth! The breadcrumbs are special and super crispy, and the combination of the wasabi sauce and rock salt is simply fantastic. You have to go with your friends who love meat! 🍖✨

August 2026I visited for lunch on Saturday, and although it was a bit cramped with only 9 table seats, the food was delicious. The salted pollack roe (myeongnan-jeot) didn't look that fresh, but the other side dishes were tasty. I had the set meal that included a drink, and if you want to try Gyukatsu in Japan, this is definitely the place!!
