There are many talks about the friendliness, but since it's a one-person business and the owner is making and selling at the same time, it seemed a bit difficult to be friendly. It's not that they are unfriendly. It just seems that they don't have much time set aside for customer service because they are extremely busy. Koreans are used to it, but maybe Japanese people are not? (I only care if it tastes good. I visit every time I go to Tokyo.)
