The soup had a well-balanced saltiness, and not only the firmness of the noodles, but also the texture and seasoning of the chicken and bamboo shoots were free of any off-flavors, making them true stars of the dish. The rice was even more delicious than in typical restaurants, with the perfect texture. I received the most polite service I have ever experienced at a ramen shop, and that reflected in the taste as well. It is a great shop. I felt truly treated.
